Superior tech support 10/20/2018

I've been buying my custom PCs from Digilink for over ten years. Tech support is better and more economical than other big box stores in the area. My Win-7 PC had a hard disk drive failure and they replaced it at my request with a SSHD, cloned my failing HD onto it and replaced a noisy fan - all in under two hours. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for computer service or advice. more

Limited selection and pricey 7/31/2005

Most people want to get the best deal they can find on a given product. For computer equipment, that best deal is generally found on the Internet or at some of the larger electronics store chains. One place not to find that elusive deal is Digilink Computers in Okemos. They have an extremely limited selection of products and the markup on most of them is way off the charts. I really don't like places that take advantage of convenience such as they appear to be doing. If you want help from someone in picking out a computer component, I'd rather have you give me a ring personally than go to Digilink Computers. more

Not as good as some online retailers 7/25/2005

Digilink is a local retailer that specializes in offering custom built computer systems as well as a variety of computer hardware, such as processors, motherboards, video cards, sound cards and cases. While Digilink does seem to have a bit more diverse selection of hardware from your average brick & mortar chain store such as Best Buy or CompUSA, I also find them to be a bit overpriced. With many online retailers offering more and cheaper hardware with inexpensive shipping options, I tend not to shop at Digilink unless it’s a component that I have to have immediately. more
