Customers service is excellent and you feel welcome right from your entry into the shop till the time you exit. Price may be moderately high but the quality is good.

If you want unusual, artistic floral designs...this is the place!!! The owner and the designers are skilled designers. I have had them do traditional displays and they can do that too!!! CC is a full-service florist...they can help you send flowers out of town, they will deliver them in the area, they will whip something up while you wait. they also have one of the best selections of unusual cut flowers in the area.

They have alot of great pieces, that are really quite unique and unlike these larger stores they really seem to care about both the quality of their pieces and really what you the consumer wants. Although their prices are higher so this isnt the store for the person on a tight budget.

Woods Marathon represents what every company should be in America. They always go ten extra miles to please the customer - they are so friendly - and it's sincere. I get out of my car and it's like pulling into a gas station from the 1950's where the owner of the station is there, and he cares about every customer, and the people that work there are great. They have always given us an honest and fair price on repairs. They do great work - and the one time things weren't right, they went back and made sure that they were, no extra charge (our kids own three older cars). They really value their customers, and they'll actually tell you that. I'm one of a big fan club of this service station and I hope that I've helped one more person find a reliable place to go.

My wife and I searched the net for places to go for solutions for our fireplace which was not doing anything heat wise and we came across Heat 'N Sweep in Okemos. Let me tell you we had the best experience they showed us several different options there was wood gas electric almost too much and a little confusing at first. But we had wonderful people helping (yes more than one) after a few minutes of product we were brought drinks and my kids were being entertained by the staff. In the end we choose a gas insert from Mendota (which was a little more than we found a couple other places but they did not have the service not even close to what they offered us at Heat N Sweep so we were ok with paying a little more) in about a week they sent someone over form Applegate to do a pre-inspection of our fireplace. I couldn?t believe they sent a trained professional from a gas company to do a re-inspection I was very impressed. About a week later the same gentleman came to do my installation he was there for a few hours and made sure all the work was done. He left my home very clean and tidy he made sure I was aware of how the whole thing worked he even programmed my remote control. What a great unit and the heat it kicks out man I don?t know why I waited so long to put this in we have not had our heat up that high and we have had one of the coldest winters I can remember. I will most surley go back and purchase from them again. Much to my amazement they sell patio furniture and grills. My wife completely fell in love with this huge spa that i am sure we will end up putting on the financing account they set up for us. I couldn?t have asked for a better overall experience. I strongly recommend this company for any of your home needs. I asked them about few things they don?t sell and the ladies there made sure I knew where to go to get them. What more can you ask for.

At Fired Up you get to paint pottery that you take home. Kids love it and so do adults. The prices are a little high but it takes a few hours so the price is worth it. I have even heard of people going there for dates, it can be a little romantic. Fired up offers all kinds of different pottery pieces to choose from to paint in your own style. I think it is a great experience for the whole family. The pieces make great gifts as well.

They always have the cheap gas here...when gas prices go up I always know that if I go here chances are they have not raised their prices yet and that is important. They also sell snacks, donuts, coffee, etc and the wait is not too long if you are in a hurry to get to work in the morning!

When my car was having problems starting (the key wouldnt turn), I had AAA tow it to Kildea Kar Kare in Okemos, MI. They took a look, let me know that the key and tumbler had gone bad, gave me an estimate, and fixed the problem on time and on budget.
I would highly recommend them to work on your automobile. I believe the Kildea family also owns a gas station or two around Okemos. These guys know cars, and you should know them.
PROS: Fast Service, Friendly Folks
CONS: A bit Costly, But Worth it.
