Great service department!!! My car broke down I called the service department and they called a tow truck for me, gave me a loner car and had my car back on the road in no time at all.On top of it all my extended warranty covered all my charges. Great investment at times like this!!

I went in to look at some used cars and they treated me like I was buying a expensive luxury car. It was a great experience. They were very friendly and not pushy like some dealerships can be and they really helped me find the best car. The dealership people are very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Also the prices and incentives were above alot of the other dealerships i had looked into.

I was at the Mall across the street from the location when I noticed that my tire was almost flat. I drove right over to Northwest Tire and they were closing up for the night. They stayed open for me to take care of my flat. Great customer service!!!!! These Guys Are Great!!!!

They really care about the buyer. They dont try to push anything on to you, and are respectful of what your looking for and not trying to give you anything you do not want. Their service is really nice, and the establishment is a very nice place. They also have a great selection and their pricing and incentives/promotions are really great compared to other local dealerships.

The staff were very friendly firstly and their prices were very competitive compared to the bigger stores (i think there was a promotion going on when i bought my tires) so i ended up buying my tires from them. The service was very good, and fast and im very satisfied with the result.

I must say, as a car guy I have hit all the stores for parts, and ordered a lot via mail order. When it comes to needing the regular and odd stuff, I have quit looking any further than NAPA of Okemos. They have competitive prices on most everything. Normal maintenance for my cars is a snap and a no-brainer for them. The weird stuff that I need for my project car is where these guys shine. Switches, pulleys, contacts, odd EFI sensors, custom length exhaust pipe, grommets, fuel filters, and more: They spend the time with me to search catalogs and parts bins for the perfect part. If they dont have it, they try to get it in the store by the afternoon or very next morning.
Their location is right off Grand River avenue, hardly a backwater road. It's true, you have to take the alley behind the pet store to find them, but the search is worth it. NAPA is next-door to the FORD dealership.
They are cutting a 1-foot length of 3.5 inch exhaust tubing for me right now, actually. I pick it up in the morning to finish the merge collector for my custom exhaust system! ...now that's service.

I took my 1996 Saturn SL2 here for all the required maintenance and oil changes for 3 years. While I never had any problems, I also didn't have spectacular service or free shuttle service like I've had at other mechanic shops. When we purchased a new car and were looking at Saturns, the salesman at this dealership was one of the worst. The first time I purchased a Saturn, it was in Denver, and I had the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. Unfortunately, the salesman at this dealership played all the old tricks and I was quite disappointed.

OMG!!! My credit is very terrible i never thought i would be able to get in a nice car with very littel money down and no cosigner but they did it (Beth and Steve) They are awsome i am a picky lady and i some what gave them HELL! but they never gave up i would recommend Courtesy Ford to anyone !!! Good credit, no credit,or BAD credit! They will get you in a nice car with no run arounds!!!!!!! And thats not all they are there to help you establish credit , or repair your credit! And last but not least they are not one of those buy here pay here dealerships every finance company they use reports to all three major credit bureau's!!! They are AWOSOME!!!!
