Our experience at China One was not a good one. The buffet is not managed very well. Many items were cold (that were supposed to be hot), the items you want always seemed to be empty, and the price is above average for this level of service. Did not like the environment either. Seemed "cold" and was not the cleanest either. If you are looking to eat a lot of Chinese food fast, and don't particularly care about the quality or environment, give China One a try. Otherwise there are better Chinese restaurants in Madison.
