Incredibly good service; however, the steak didn't come close. I asked for filet mignon, pink in the middle; the waiter felt that would be best ordered ""medium well."" I didn't...

steak with peace and quiet 10/7/2002

Very good food. Had the filet mignon and leg of lamb. Both were cooked PERFECTLY! Side dishes included potato bacon cake, salad and creamed spinach. A very rich tasting meal, but must admit if you had to indulge - this is the place to do it. Restaurant was nicely decorated however, could someone please turn up the light a little bit? Seeing the surroundings was a bit of an eye strain. The Maitre d should also turn make sure the guys (no matter how much of a slob they are) at least wear a collared shirt. This coming from a guy who wears sweatpants most of the time! Pros: Food, Food, and food Cons: dinner lighting, dress code enforcemen more

Amazing meal. 10/1/2002

Had dinner here on a Wed night- very impressive meal! Its tucked away in the hidden Four Seasons Hotel, and is free of the loud casinos. I love the bread that restaurants serve before meals, and Charlie Palmer has the best free bread Ive ever had. They give you 4 different types (including excellent cornbread) and warm butter. Wow! For an appetizer, I had a mozzarella tomato salad, which had a beautiful presentation and was very good. I had the filet with roasted au jus for dinner, and that was excellent. My side dish was the potatatos au gratin- decent but nothing spectacular. Overall I would say I liked it better than Delmonico at the Venetian. Definitely check this place out! Total bill for me with one glass of wine was $60 before tip. Pros: great food, hidden and quiet, the bread! Cons: not for cheapskates more
