I always wanted to try this place and when my grandparents came to town I finally could and have someone else pay for it. The place was great (and not just because it was free for me). My ribeye was cooked just as I asked and the service was great. If gram and gramp come back to visit I'd be happy to visit Emeril's again.

Whenever we're looking at a new place to eat, like everyone we look at the sorroundings wait time price , etc, We found the Top of the World to be very nice inside, the view outside was spectacular, and the food however very pricey was excellent. The cuts of meat were perfect. And the seafood was out of the ocean that morning it seemed. We dont mind paying high prices for good food, and this was some of the best we'd ever had, and we've eaten at some very upscale resturants over the past 31 years together. Our meal at the Top of the World was an anniversary dinner, which we enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end.

My husband had a $12 Burger that was delish with a fresh spring salad that he surprising enjoyed. I was a little more adventurous, I had the $45 stimulus special (no joke) The yummiest flaky rolls, Saut?ed French onion soup, Filet minion medallions, mashed potatoes, Cinnamon sugar donut holes with dunking sauces. It was the best meal I had all year, and the extra perks, I dropped my fork and the bus boy ran over with a new fork instantly, when we were finished, the second we set our napkins on the table the bus boy brought our bill. This was big for me, I hate sitting and waiting for the bill, I want to leave as soon as I?m done eating. Constant refills on tea, the second I had my last sip of beer I was offered another. They were very attentive, and are plates were clean as bone when left. A+++
Pros: We cleaned our plates
Cons: high priced wines and beers

Before going there I was more than a bit suspicious. I mean really, a restaurant in a replica of the Eiffel Tower. How good could it really be, especially when the restaurant at the REAL Eiffel Tower has bad food and horrible service. But after sitting down to eat I was impressed. The menu options were great. The prices weren't excessive and the wine list was amazing. It was nice, too, that they had wine by the glass list that changed nightly and included some of their best wines; perfect for those of us who might not want to drop $300 on a bottle of wine (or $19,000, the most expensive bottle!). The food tasted great from salad to souffle and the service was also top notch. They also had a live piano player and chanteuse that sounded good. The only down side was the "professional" picture they took of us, which didn't turn out well. Even that, though, they didn't charge us for when they saw that it didn't turn out.
Pros: Great View, Great Food, Great Service
Cons: Not cheap, but still a great value

If you visit Vegas, this is a must. Everything from the view, staff, food, and wine is fantastic. I have dined in major cities in the US and abroad and this rates as one of my favorite dining experiences. The only problem I had was I could not take it home to enjoy it later. The other mistake I made was eating at one of the other more expensive restaurants in the hotel the next evening, who's food was nothing compared to this. The flatbreads are divine and I must say, even after living in the south for some years, I had the best collard greens I have ever had with my meal. The fusion of flavors is excellent. I told the staff we were celebrating belated birthdays and after our dinner comes a plate of truffles with Happy Birthday written in chocolate, complete with a candle. What a wonderful added touch. Speaking of staff, attentative, but not in your face, take all the time you need, who also gave us a great wine and food suggestion. Next time I visit I will return and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.
Pros: Food, Wine, Staff

A couple hours ago I treated myself to a birthday dinner at Nobu, the Japanese restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The food was superb and appeasing both to the eye and the palate. Visually the presentation was a cross between Rembrandt and Michelangelo it started my taste buds dancing with joy from the first glimpse. Each dish was as carefully explained as it was prepared. As I placed each bite into my mouth, my palate was climbing up moonbeams, dancing on clouds, and sliding down rainbows. The food was carefully prepared with the finest ingredients and the flavor was incomparable. I had the one-hundred fifty dollar seven course Chefs? Sampler. I could describe in intricate detail every course, but that would take away from the mystery, that allows one?s imagination to run wild in eager anticipation as you?re awaiting the next course. Suffice it to say a glimpse is all I will divulge, the fois gras and Kobe beef with caviar made my legs nearly commence dancing. The significance of this is a thrice broken back, which has left me partially paralyzed and numb from the waist down. In addition not only is the quality unsurpassed, but the quantity as well. Nobu is a must add to your Bucket List. I?ve eaten at some of the best restaurants in Las Vegas both nouveau and classic. (Restaurants like the Alize? at the Top of the Palms and classic old school Vegas like the Golden Steer, both phenomenal, in my humble opinion.). The wait staff is friendly and accommodating, as well as knowledgeable and informative. I?ve eaten at restaurants from San Diego to Vancouver, BC. My last vice is the enjoyment of cuisines from around the world. Nobu has earned a spot at the top of my list as one of the most enjoyable restaurants I?ve ever experienced and some of the best food I?ve ever had the luxury to consume. (Tonight was my third visit, and the good lord willing, far from my last.) If there are chop sticks in Heaven then Nobu will be there as well.
Pros: Greeat
Cons: NONE

We were treated to Del Frisco's a few weeks ago through one of the suppliers for my husband's company. All I can say is WOW. Its a very upscale steak house in the Howard Hughes Center in Las Vegas. Delicious isn't even the word for it. Being upscale it is a very pricey restaurant, but so well worth every bit of it. I ordered the lamb chops and they were some of the best I've ever had. We all shared side items and with five of us there was plenty to go around.
They also have a bit of an attraction of their own. They have the James Bond table. It is this table that pulls apart, opens up to display wine bottles and plays music. Each bottle is etched and painted for a different James Bond movie. My husband being a James Bond fan, this was an awesome highlight to the evening.
Obviously not just the typical dinner date restaurant, but definitely consider if you are going out for an upscale, all out, night on the town or night out to dinner.

My boyfriend and I ate here for his birthday last year in August. We were staying at the MGM and were early for our reservation. Within a few minutes we were sat at a table. The server was very polite and friendly. We ordered the summer tasting tasting menu that changes every season and every course as served family style. For the first course we had grilled quail, roasted red peppers, and a cucumber salad. All were simple and tasty. For the main we had grilled filet, roasted chicken, and diver scallops plus sides. We ordered the steak rare and it came out perfect. The steak came out sliced, it was seasoned well, and cut like butter. The roasted chicken was delicious and moist; the scallops were cooked well. As sides we had the potato puree, sauteed corn, and roasted mushrooms; all of which were excellent. The dessert was chef's choice. We had bread pudding and a berry crisp with vanilla ice cream. There was definitely a lot of food and the tasting menu was only $65 per person (and only $30 more per person for wine pairings for each course). The whole experience was pleasant. The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and knowledgable. I have definitely recommended this place to friends and family.
Pros: Quality food
Cons: None
