Must check it out. Recently, I came back Capital Nails for my pedicure and full set pink and white. I did not believe in my eyes that the place looks totally different. The last time I was there about 3 months ago, the shop looked old and worn out but now it looks so classy. I found out that the shop has changed ownership and look like they know to do business. There staffs are nice and friendly. The services are great. The shop is clean and sanitize. I feel special while I am there. I enjoy my pedicure and my pink & white nails come out really really good. I have a lot of compliment for this place. I would love to come back there and recommend my friends come there. more

i am pretty particular about where i go to get a pedicure and id recently had a bad experience at a place in west sac where their techniques left me with an ingrown toenail problem, having had it fixed after, i let capital nails staff know about the problem, which usually at asian nails salons can be difficult. not here, they were easy to talk to and understood. i believe they are clean and sanitizing seems to be important to them. no if ur looking for like nice flat screens and awesome atmosphere its not the ritz but if u just need a pedi, this is ur place. they r nice, clean and good at what they do. more

I went into capital nails for a mani/pedi and immediately the girl gave me additude then I sat for the pedi and she did a fantastic job but I was hesitant about the cleanliness of the establishment. I saw no sanitizers anyhow I sat for pedi and another girl came to do my mani at the same time, they use very cheap utencils that we could buy at 99 cents store. When all was over and I was drying my toes I watched the pedi girl clean the tub with kitchen hand sanitizer and then wash the utencils in the sink :-( I am very scared that I may catch something!! Then later that night 7 hours after my service, I was washing dishes and my nails were still wet since they all got ruined. She never allowed my nails to set under the light, she just told me to go. So now I have to go somewhere else and get them re-painted!! If u are used to nice clean nails salons please go somewhere else - You will be disappointed if u go to Capital Nails (trust me!!) And I was the only one in the salon it wasn't like they were busy!! more

My three bridesmaids and I went here for mani/pedis the day before my wedding in April 2008. The ladies were very professional and provided a fun atmosphere for us and didn't mind that we brought in a some champagne to drink. They are one of the few nail salons that can accomodate a group that size without being an expensive spa/salon. They did a great job on all of us and my french pedicure STILL looks great a month later, even after doing a lot of walking and swimming on my honeymoon. They have the massage chairs with the foot baths too and are very reasonably priced. I spoke with said they've been in business for 17 years. I will definitely go there again! Love the colors great staff! Very clean! easy to find. Nice to deal with on the phone. Lots of parking. Pros: Lots of nail colors! more
