On Multiple occasions, Burch's has dissapointed me. Lot of times they don't have the size of the shoe I want. They sized my son very wrong and his toes were at the end of the shoes that they told me fit great. I think they are just trying to make money and don't have good customer service! more

Great place for children's shoes 11/3/2005

I was a bit hesitant to go here because as quickly as my kid's feet grow, I hated the thought of spending a lot of money on shoes. I am now a complete convert. Burches has great shoes and they know how to fit kids. They have a whole room dedicated to fitting children, with a playset and lots of kid friendly stuff. The staff is good with kids too. I highly suggest them. more

Excellent Quality 10/20/2005

Burch's carries the best selection of foot friendly, stylish and comfortable footwear. I especially love their children's room and their staff's ability to wrangle toddlers into new shoes. Very experienced staff knows exactly how to fit a child. High end items are pricey and they don't always have great sales, but it's totally worth it. more

Shoes for The Whole Family 8/1/2005

I shop at Burch's for my family's shoe needs. The have a wide selection of top name brand shoes at great prices. The staff knows their stuff and are pleasant to work with. They even have hard to find sizes. My husband wears an extra wide and that's not something I can find easily so we really enjoy getting all our shoe needs for our family at one place. Need new shoes?
