I had a pleasant experience at the local ford dealership “Brandon Ford.” Otis Colbert was truly a breath of fresh air. He treated me like I was family and got me the best deal on my beautiful new Fiesta. Honestly I thought he was crazy when he gave me more for my car than what I thought it was worth, but I’m happy he did. The entire experience was unlike anything I expected. I had been considering the purchase of my new truck for over a year. I researched various dealers in the area. Most all had pretty good reviews but the Brandon Ford dealership seemed to prevail overall. Also this dealership definitely has the most in-stock inventory for the type vehicle I was interested in. They even had the particular style and color for which I was considering. I arrived Brandon Ford as was greeted by Sudesh "Jack". I told him of my interest and proceeded to look/inspect a few vehicles. He is very informed and able to answer my questions. We drove to the second lot and there it was...... just as shown on their website!! We went over the details of this vehicle and returned to the main office to discuss assorted details (let the fun begin). Jack was able to easily answer my questions. I told him of my concerns and we discussed varying purchase options. There was no pressure to purchase right then. Three days later we agreed on a deal! For me, the whole experience was very pleasant. Enough so to where I made Jack, Zoran (sales mgr.) and the others in the office a grilled rack of lamb lunch!! I must also mention that the follow up since the purchase has been wonderful. The customer service/relation has been outstanding. My husband and I were extremely nervous about buying a car, but the salesperson as well as the financial staff put us at ease and were able to work with us to keep our payments within our budget. I wasn't planning on having to trade in my mustang. Knowing I had to for financial reasons was not what I wanted to do. But ultimately Shelly helped me pick something out that fit my needs and helped save me money which was what I really needed. I walked into Brandon Ford today with no intension of driving out of there today with a new car. However, I found a car immediately I loved (color, make, and model), and fortunately for me the correct pricing. My credit score was another obstacle, but my salesperson Lloyd Plicher went to work for me. I never had to argue or debate with anyone to get payments to be manageable for me...he handled it all. Great Internet Sales Team; if you want a no hassle sales experience ask for Lyle Herb. Like the ad says..........if you want to pay more that's your business. I stopped in, talked with Lyle; we looked through the inventory in this office until we found a truck that met my needs and agreed on a price, I told Lyle I’d be back the next day to buy it. I returned the next day he had all of the paperwork there for me to sign, no hassle, in and out in about an hour. more

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2012 Ford Fusion from Bandon Ford.
