Great African-inspired buffet 8/23/2006

My husband and I decided to end our day at Animal Kingdom with a trip to Boma- Flavors of Africa. Although the place was hopping, our reservations helped speed up the wait time. The service was nothing inspiring, but the chefs behind the buffet spread were witty and engaging. The food selection ranged from exotic fare to roasted chicken and fries. This is a good "gateway" buffet for budding epicureans and sophisticated palates alike. more

Better than the average buffet 8/23/2006

Boma, within the incredible Animal Kingdom Lodge, is great place to satisfy most any palate. If you're adventurous, the staff offers up some very interesting and delicious African-inspired cuisine. The kids, or the less eaters, though, will also find Disney's standard fare of chicken strips, fries and burgers. The wait staff is nothing amazing, but we thought that the staff manning the buffet trays was very friendly and fun. more
