Service writer Dan Helmbold took care of me when I came in for warranty service..I came in a little before my appt time and was out before the new status board they have said my car was to be done.I purchase my car there in 2013 and have had all service done there. They are very courteous and I love the new status monitors that show every stage of your vehicle being worked on. more

They advertised prices that looked much lower than most other places but when I got there the ""fine print"" came out. My car was worth much more than their ""$3,500 minimum trade"" but they quoted me a payment that was much higher than they advertised. Total BS. There are plenty of places to buy a Chevy. Don't waste your time and take your life into your hands driving Ridge Road in the city. more

Hi , If your going to buy a car , dont go to bob johnson , they lie ,, My husband and I were told by carol the sales woman ,,we have 72 hours to bring the car back .. when i did she lied and said she never said that , bought the car on a friday , by sunday the check engine light was on , took it to my mechanic the surpentine belt was cracked , by the way they didnt fix it ,,they did send it to the suzuki for the check engine light ,, by the way it is a forenza suzuki 2008 ,,,now today i get my extended warrenty ,, that i am paying 1400 for ,, i knew it didnt cover breaks .. but they said it covered bumber to bumber ,, and 100.000 miles .. what a shock another lie it covers the engine ,, and its a 100 deductible . okay so now back to bob johnson again ,, what ever you do dont do it , go buy a car someplace else !!! I did buy a car from there before when ed worked there he gave me a great price ,, but of course the transmission went bad but he took car of it asap .., Of course the best sales person had to leave there ,, I will post back on friday ,, The finance managers and general manager all work together to lie to you more

I was shopping for a good used car. Found one online at BJ Chev. I checked out the car and could not find one thing wrong with it. It was clean and well maintained. My salesperson was Anne Lakis and she was wonderful to work with. She made me a great deal and matched my $1000 down payment making my good deal even better. I am very happy with my purchase. I left Bob Johnson's with a very nice car and I also made a nice friend with Anne. I know where I'm going next time I need to buy a car (or truck). more
