This is a great rc hobby shop. They have and can get all types of rc vehicles and equipment. They have everything from gas to battery powered. A good selection of parts and equipment for planes, boats, and cars. The prices are not bad and it is a nice alternative to shopping on the internet. The local hobby shop is starting to disappear slowly so try and keep these guys around by buying something from them when you need it. The more customers they get the better their prices im sure.

Craft Service on University is one of the more interesting little shops in the area. When you walk in, you get the feeling that this Mom-and-Pop style business (and perhaps some of their merchandise) has been their forever. However, they do carry a fairly wide variety of supplies for various craft projects and the staff seems to be knowledgeable. I think they could really benefit from a few updates and improvements to their store to make them more competitive with more current places like Dan's and Michael's. Parking available in a small lot on the east side of the building.
