belmont is not a place I would tell anyone to live POOR, POOR customer service,,,POOR POOR Maintence service,,Very High Turn over in Management ..HOWEVER , THEY DO PAINT A VERY GOOD PICTURE..I HAVE BEEN IN MY APPT 2 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING ON SERVICE ,,NOW I'M STUCK IN A YEAR LEASE..ALL MANAGER KEEP TELLING ME WE WILL GET TO IT more

Please be aware that this place has extremely high rent prices and will add every fee onto your bill monthly, inaddition to move-out fees known to mankind. Upon moving out we were charged with Carpet replacement fee, Cleaning fee & Non-returned garage remote fee. A total of $600 dollars in extra fees that are not warranted. The carpet was left in good if not great condition (and should be automatically changed or cleaned when a tennent moves out to prepare for the new tennent), the garage remote was returned in excellent condition within 1 week of moving out, we spent over 2 hours cleaning the entire apartment and yet was still charged $75 cleaning fee (the apartment should be cleaned automatically when a tennent leaves). Be aware that this will not end well. more

First - admittedly I am upset right now writing this, that is why I am giving a 2 and not a 1. That aside, I am disappointed today, because I had to pay a late fee for my rent, for the first time in my life, because of the holiday weekend. The office was closed yesterday (labor day) and I couldn't pay my rent by credit card, my preferred method.\r \r The apt staff said I could have paid online, but when I signed up, the aimco staff said it takes 24-48 hours to process my account, before I can make an online payment.\r \r Considering that we have waited patiently for 3 weeks for several repairs to be done in our apartment, I am just surprised by the late fee today. more

Belmont Place has a nice selection of floor plas to fit everyone's needs. Staff is not as helpful, just trying to sell so be prepared with lots of questions to make sure you get them all answered before settling on anything in particular. Good location near 75 and 285 for easy acces anywhere in town! more
