First - admittedly I am upset right now writing this, that is why I am giving a 2 and not a 1. That aside, I am disappointed today, because I had to pay a late fee for my rent, for the first time in my life, because of the holiday weekend. The office was closed yesterday (labor day) and I couldn't pay my rent by credit card, my preferred method.\r \r The apt staff said I could have paid online, but when I signed up, the aimco staff said it takes 24-48 hours to process my account, before I can make an online payment.\r \r Considering that we have waited patiently for 3 weeks for several repairs to be done in our apartment, I am just surprised by the late fee today. more
