The staff is professional and curteous, and the office is always running on time. If you like, you can get a omplimentary paraffin hand wax while you get your teeth cleaned.
They have vibrating chairs that make for a comfy cleaning.
The hygenist is excellent. Dr. Patel is also great.
This is one happy staff which leads to great customer service.

Good: The kid friendly office and wonderful staff. Awesome Doctor Haugseth and of course Maggie.. Bad: That I can't have them do my treatment.. Improvements: None - Do not change a thing!. Other: What a great place. I could go on and on about this office. Even Dad's that brought the kids loved it and were playing the games. The only office that I feel honors an "appointment time". They are ready for you when you arrive and they never run late. Never an issue with filing my insurance even out of network I pay only the co ins portion. I would much rather pay a little out of pocket for a cleaning than take my child elsewhere and be seen late and get told I need treatment each visit..

I was the first member of my family to visit Westside Dental. My husband soon switched dentists and when our daughter turned 3 she made her first visit.
The office staff is very friendly and understanding. We have two dental policies and it is always a struggle to make them both pay but the office staff is very accommodating and never forces us to pay until after the insurance situation is resolved.
The hygienists are very friendly and professional. When I took our daughter to have her teeth cleaned the first time she was terrified. The hygienist suggested my daughter sit in my lap and that is where she sat during her entire cleaning and exam.
The office has extended hours on some days so you don't have to take time off work for a trip to the dentist.

This is the place for you. Dr. Rudd takes care that your experience is as positive as possible. You can even watch tv while they work on you! The front desk staff works as hard as they can to make sure your insurance charges are accurate. It's a great place!
