Please be aware that this place has extremely high rent prices and will add every fee onto your bill monthly, inaddition to move-out fees known to mankind. Upon moving out we were charged with Carpet replacement fee, Cleaning fee & Non-returned garage remote fee. A total of $600 dollars in extra fees that are not warranted. The carpet was left in good if not great condition (and should be automatically changed or cleaned when a tennent moves out to prepare for the new tennent), the garage remote was returned in excellent condition within 1 week of moving out, we spent over 2 hours cleaning the entire apartment and yet was still charged $75 cleaning fee (the apartment should be cleaned automatically when a tennent leaves). Be aware that this will not end well.
