Visiting from Ohio- Great Color and Cut! 10/12/2011

I was in town from Ohio for a business meeting and needed a last minute highlight and cut. Belleza was very accomodating and scheduled me for an appointment with Chris. Chris did an amazing job...I've never received such wonderful service (and educational information), not to mention, the best cut and color I've ever had, and I'm very picky (I love the shiny and vibrant results of the Goldwell blonde line). Since I'm in Knoxville often, I'm going to make it a point to schedule my appointments with Chris going forward. Keep up the great work, Belleza! more

Very poor experience and customer service 9/20/2011

After using most of Knoxville's "best" salons for the past 12 years I can easily say this was my WORST experience. I made an appointment for a $75 special (cut/color) that they advertised. They accidentally booked me with a specialist and never told me. I was then charged $150 - DOUBLE what I was suppose to pay. They refused to count the cost for their mistake. I was ripped off, overcharged, and lied to. I am not one to ever complain or write a poor report for a company but this was a horrible experience. A company should take responsibility for their mistakes and strive to make their customers satisfied. Belleza did exactly the opposite. more

Beyond amazing work 4/7/2011

I took my 18 year old son who is a Marine to Belleza for a massage after his ordeal at bootcamp. He had been having terrible backaches since his 13 weeks of training. Heather was his therapist and she did an amazing job for him. I had Jessica and I was well beyond pleased. I am getting ready to plan a day for my two bestfriends and myself. Anyone who has ever had a true massage knows that if you still feel good weeks after, a repeat is a MUST. PaganOne is just whining. more

Discrimination!!! 9/4/2010

These are Discriminatory persons. They will not allow Men in their Salon. I tried to make an appointment, never have been there in my life, and they refused service because I was a guy. These people are sad, and I have reported them for legal review on civil rights. STAY AWAY FROM BELLEZA! They will start banning services for people of color and religion next. more

I went to Belleza and scheduled a bridal package for me and my bridesmaid to get our hair, make-up and nails done before the wedding. I did this several months before my wedding so I would be sure to have an appointment somewhere. Well my schedule began filling up, and I even planned events around the Belleza appointments. For example, I scheduled my bridal shoot the same day as my trial hair appointment, so I would have my hair done for my photos. Well Belleza called me a few months after I scheduled the appointment and informed me that a "nail training seminar" was scheduled for the week of my appointment, and they would have to cancel. Now my wedding is soon approaching, and I have no place for my make-up, nails and hair. That was very unprofessional of Belleza. For a spa to be so expensive, I expect them to keep my appointment and follow through. I do not recommend this spa AT ALL! Very unreliable...and when I went there to spend $400 on the bridal package, I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even talked to me. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes just to be put on the calendar. Poor service!!!! Pros: Good location Cons: Expensive, Poor service, Unreliable more

The gift certificate I received for this place was the best present ever! 9/18/2007

My first experience was a full body massage and facial - one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. They really put thought into the spa ambiance. Highly recommend this service - I actually had an epiphany on the massage table and decided to quit my job and change my life direction - it was that relaxing! then they do your make-up for free afterwards. Talk about feeling like a queen. If you want to treat someone special, give them a gift certificate to come here. Salon - I'm always wary about spending lots of money on a haircut, but I've never gotten so many compliments on a cut. Three months later, and it still looks good! I didn't spring for a senior stylist - I was pleased with the quality of the cut and will definitely go back. Again, they did my make-up afterwards, which is such a nice touch. They also carry Bare Escentuals, so I don't have to order those online anymore. Pros: I love how I felt when I left Cons: the cost, but you get what you pay for more

I have been going to Belleza for about 4 years now! I really like the stylists and I love the products. I recommend Ronnie or Stephanie. Pros: I like the atmosphere and it seems very professional. Cons: It is a little expensive, but it's worth it. more

I was impressed with the fact that they stand behind their work, and said that if I was dissatisfied, to let them know within 2 weeks and they'd correct it. Everyone there was very friendly. I did think it was a little on the pricey side (but comparable for this type of salon), but to be fair, it cost me more because I had some corrective color issues, and I also paid more for a "senior" stylist, but I wanted someone with the extra experience, and I think it was well worth it.
