Terrific book/music store 11/4/2005

This store is a great place to shop for books and music. They are family owned and cannot help you enough when your shopping. They have new and used items, so if you find something used you'll save quite a bit of money. The entire staff is so knowledgable about the items they sell, it's refreshing to actually have people wait on you that care. Retail record and book stores today are so corporate, large and regulated, this is a nice change. more

Balcony Lights Music & Books 8/4/2005

Balcony Lights Music & Books is right next to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. It's a perfect place for students trying to find rare books or items that other stores around the university may not have. There is a wide selection of music and books to choose from and the place is very well organized as well. more

Excellent spot to see local bands 7/22/2005

This is a great little intimate venue in the University District. Many local bands play here bring a wide variety of genres and sounds. Also an excellent stop to find rare CD's and books. I would recommend Balcony Lights to anyone looking for that up close and personal relationship with the bands. more
