Worst

Went for our 1 year anniversary dinner on a non busy Sunday evening and... Pros: Ambience is nice Cons: Service is questionable for the prices they're charging on food.

Wow I have not been to azucar in awhile but I went out last friday night and I must say the lounge in the back is really done well, they have installed a laser light show that rivals some of the ones I have seen in vegas. As usual the drinks are nice and have a nice kick. the people are full of engery and looking to have a great time dancing and having fun. I will have to come back real soon to see what new changes they have installed again they keep every new and fresh. more

Its very hard to find good Latin American Food but when you do make sure try Azucar. The food is homestyle and authentic and very well priced. Everything you want is all in this one spot, excellent drinks, dancing and live music you dont have to change places make a night just at one place. If you like to dance if you like good food if you like a well made mojito Azucar is the place to be. more

Birthday Celebration 10/22/2011

My cousin had her birthday party at azucar on friday night we came in for dinner and dancing and of course those famous mojitos the staff was wonderful, the food very good the live music was the icing on the cake, i enjoyed myself so much that i even got a gift certificate for my best friend so that she can come in and enjoy and great night out. more

if you have not been to azucar lately you are in for a wonderful surprise went in last night for drinks and a little dancing, they have a new laser ligth show which is so cool it brings a whole new element to the club it was one of the best light shows I have seen you have to go check it out. more

Salsa Lessons 10/20/2011

Tried the free salsa lessons on Monday night, it was so much fun, you don't have to have a partner just a willingness to learn and have fun doing so. Everyone is friendly and the teacher is great. If you have not done so please come out on Monday and have fun enchancing you salsa abilities. more

I love the fact that they have free salsa lessons, on Monday nights, you dont have to have a partner or be a dancer at heart just have the heart of a dancer, after a drink or two I can get out there and dance my little heart out. It is always fun when I come out on a monday for the lessons keep up the great work. more

Love Azucar 10/19/2011

This is one of my favorite restaurants. You can start and end your evening right here. I love the food authentic and flavor. They have the best mojitos going in the area, and some many different flavors. The dancing is wonderful on the weekends, the live music just makes it hard for you not to get up and dance. The lougne in the back has the best music for when you want a change of pace. With a wonderful High tech light show. more

Wednesday Night Karaoke 10/19/2011

If you love to sing you have to stop by and get your singing on. You can choose to sing in either spanish or english and there are so many songs to choose from. This is a favorite stop of mine on Wed night to have fun and a few drinks. more

Fantastic Girls Night Out 10/18/2011

I look forward to returning to this establishment. This restaurant turned out great friendly service and excellently prepared food. There were a group of us that came in for dinner and dancing and it turned out to be one of the best times I have had out, there are 2 lougnes with different types of music something for everyone I had a blast. more

Great Dinner Spot 10/18/2011

Very good authentic Latin food. You can find dishes from all over Latin America, I had the ceviche and is was so fresh excellent my hubby had a chicken dish which he liked, we love the mojitos and can see why they are voted the best in silicon valley, there are always some special events going on and we are going to try and get here for the fress salsa lessons on monday soon. more

Came here with a few great friends for a birthday dinner and we were able to get reservations last minute. The venue is beautiful and can accomodate a large party. It's got a real modern, trendy feel, a full-service bar The service - super friendly and super personable. Attentive and fast! more

Bottle Service 10/14/2011

We came in for our anniversay, we thought what better place to go then azucar, dinner was very nice, the wife said her ceviche was devine my chicken enchiladas were good also. Our friends set us up with bottle service to help us celebrate, I most say that bottle service is the best here they really do a good job in setting you up and giving you a space for the night, you have everything you need right there, the lougne in the back is very cool I love the new setup the laser light show wow is all i can say I might have to come back next weekend to see it again. more

Good Service 10/13/2011

The mometh I got in the door I was greeter with a smile and we were seated, the server was friendly and polite. There is such an assortment of mojitos that it was hard to choose one. Nice upscale environment and a diverse crowd, the music is a great mix of different latin styles had a great time. more

mid week pick me up 10/12/2011

Happy Hour is one of the best, you can get good drinks and appetizers for under 20 dollars, the tapas a good and filling just found out they have a double happy hour which makes for more fun. I have yet to come in for dinner but I have promised my girl friend that I would take her out for a nice dinner so I will bring her here a little dinner and dancing who could go wrong with that. more

with the last name of acosta you would think could to salsa a lot better then I do, but this is my married name, the hubby and I make date night monday night once a month and we come to azucar for dinner and then free salsa lesson on monday night you cant beat it dinner and dance lessons and a night out on the town. more

came in on saturday night looking to have a few drinks and dance just have a good time iam glad i thought about coming down to azucar, the mojitos are some of the best and the crowd is always full of energy and the staff friendly and helpful, good bartenders who know how to make a good drink. more
