Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Even tho it is a nice perk to have the car washed and vacuumed, the wash was down . I was given a coupon for Brown Bear Car Wash (which was nice). Would have liked the interior vacuumed at least. more

The staff in the express check in are great!. They are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. This is the 3rd time I go to them for help, they are always consistent in the ways they serve us. We are very happy with the services. more

Service was fast. I had to use a rental car while mine was in the shop - the dealership didn't end up charging me to use it. I got follow-up from the dealership via a phone call and email. Everything was done as explained. more

Only disappointment is not getting a car wash. My experience from ACCURA of seattle at south center is having my car getting wash at every serivce I had for my car. Otherwise evry thing is just fine. more
