Had to take my 73 Bronco back in - had problems with fuel smell in cab as well as running rough. Jay's got it all fixed within a few hours and I was back on the road. That was several weeks ago and everything is terrific.

I have taken my cars to Fairwood Auto Service Center every time since moving to Fairwood. I have always been a bit reluctant with repair shops wondering of you are getting gouged, ripped off or lied to but I have complete trust in this shop. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Every time I have taken my car to this shop they typically have it done the same day and in some rare occasions the next day without an appointment. They assist when possible to pay less by finding alternatives to situations. This is one great and trustworthy shop

My husband and I have been going to this shop for about 5 years and I have been completely satisfied with my experience. I used to take my car to a dealership, where they consistently wanted to wring money out of me, but at Kings I've always experienced honesty, and good service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for all types of auto repair. The only down side is that there is no loaner car.

what a great experience. we have been everywhere and finally met a store that would listen. we had a fun time buying the car and our salesperson was GREAT! we never felt badgered, it was easy. I recommend Brotherton BIG TIME!!!!

I have used a few places around town and have found GM to have the best service. They are quick and reasonably priced. AS for the complaint I read, they always ask me about the condition of my blades, so it isn't a problem. They usually bring the air filter out to me to show me if it is dirty or not. I am going there for an oil change, the little things I can handle myself, not that I have ever had a problem.

I bought my first Saturn from this deal several years ago and it was a great experience. It was a time in my life when I didn't exactly have stellar credit and I was treated so kindly by everyone here, and I ended up getting a great car (which I still have and love almost 8 years later!) Everyone who works at this dealership is great - I've used them for servicing too and always been pleased.
