I am very impressed with the service we received from Rainer Pacific. Not only were they able to get us the loan that we wanted, but they also made all the paperwork easy to understand. I would have never guessed purchasing a first home could be so easy. Be sure to ask for Nancy Sjolie, she's the best.

This Wells Fargo is located inside of SAFEWAY which is convenient if you are shopping too. They usually have 3 tellers who are nice and helpful. You can also sit down while doing your transaction--its a very casual bank. Cash machine located right next to bank area too.

As part of the divorce property settlement I became the sole owner of my house. The County tax rolls showed both names, mine and my ex-wife as joint owners. After talking to many county employees without any success in fixing the problem one finally suggested that I try a title company to get the title to the property straightened out. I called Ticor and they explained that the title was already in my name and that to get the tax rolls fixed I would have to fill out a change of address form, which they sent me in that day's mail. They explained how to fill out the form and where to send it. All for someone who was not even a customer.

I have banked with them in various states and am always pleased with the service. This branch, in particular, has great people and is well recommended.

My guy works with Edward Jones out in Fairwood in Renton. Steve Tolonen is his name. I live in North Seattle but I would drive 5x as far to see him. He has helped me set up a fabulously diverse portfolio for my aging parents that I love. My folks had been rooked into a bad, long term, low paying anuity, which Steve helped us get out of. We had to pay a penalty to get out it but when we did the math we were better off to jump ship, pay a penalty and put the money elsewhere rather than ride out the ten year wait. When the anuity company lied to our faces and wouldn't release the money, Steve went after them. I don't know what he said or did but the money showed up shortly afterwards. Oh yes, Steve now also has all my investement money and administrates my company's retirement plan.

Pacific Northwest Title is a good choice for your title needs. All of the staff was professional, courteous, and very detail oriented. They thoroughly explained the whole process which proceeded right on schedule. They allow plenty of time for questions so you never feel rushed.
Calls were returned in a timely fashion and the people couldn't have been nicer.
