I've used them a handfull of times and never been disappointed. I always use the cheapest way possible (van share) and have never had to ride in a full van. Most times its just been me, maybe one other person.
The drivers are friendly and helpful.

The place is clean with a bed that is the ultimate in comfort!
The spacious Pool was very relaxing as was the Spa!
The location of this place is icing on the cake.
With a huge selection of restaurants to go to as well as stores like Ikea and the South Center Mall along with two theaters you certainly have plenty to do between times of enjoying the beautiful pool.
We only live hour and half away but it still felt great to get away with out spending a lot of money on gas and drive time.
The rates are very reasonable.
Every once in a while something lives up to it's claims. This place sure did. Enjoy!

I haven't actually been to this place on my own, but when a good friend came in from Minnesota, and I didn't have room in my house for her, she went here. She said that she was very impressed with the service and that the people were just so kind and friendly when she would walk in. and out. She reccomends it!

The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Our gifts got packaged, labeled and sent correctly. It's also a good place to mails stuff on weekends when the post office is closed. They have wrapping paper, bubblewrap envelopes, copier, and all the stuff needed to mail packages out. We talked with one person who wrote up our order and took the basic ingredients and another person cashed out our purchases. Good parking near to Albertson's.

My wife's parents stayed at the Renton Inn while visiting one weekend and we are all very unimpressed with their facility. The rooms are small and the beds uncomfortable. The price is fair, but you really don't get much for the money you pay. The Renton Inn might work in a pinch, but don't expect to wake up refreshed in the morning. No need to bring your swim trunks as there is no swimming pool since it's a small local hotel.
