Great Experience! We took some old silver flatware to trade. They were very courteous and took the time to make sure we got a fair price. Mr. Yates even showed us how to test the silver content. We would go there again. more

Wrong, Rude & Sloppy 3/17/2012

I have had the misfortune of dealing with these folks to service my Rolex and repair a gold braclet clasp. The crystal they replaced on the Rolex was a knock off imitation. They did not tell me it would be ahead of time nor when I picked it back up. They got glue on the inside of the watch and refused to do the job correctly. I ended up having to ship the watch back to switzerland to have Rolex make the repair. My other item, a gold braclet was fixed incorrectly as well. The clasp had a notch so that it would click once in place. They eliminated the notch & I eliminated Ron from my life. The reason they got 1 star is because you can not choose zero. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The jeweler is exceptional. The work is done very well and within the quoted time, not to mention affordable. I prefer to support local, family owned businesses as long as they treat me well and they did. I will recommend them for any jewelry needs and will return for more work. Thanks!
