If your property is owned by Scott Foote who uses Apartment Hunters, BEWARE! Both he, and Apt. Hunters are deceitful and unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! Horrible service, little to no communication, Scott literally yelled at me when I was calling to discuss an issue with our security deposit and started accusing me of all kinds of things that were blatantly false! It is such a shame because we enjoyed the home we rented from them, but couldn't stand them or Scott who had the house in foreclosure status the whole year we lived there! AVOID!!!! I have never dealt with such an awful group of people!
