Romantic, sumptuous, a food lovers delight 7/31/2008

We are visitors from Ft. Lauderdale and have done our fair share of champagne brunches on our many travels. The moment we sat down at our table our wonderful experience began. Who could not love a Perrier Jouet toast for a birthday celebration. Our waiter Caesar was absolutely attentive without hovering. The food journey to begin with the salad bar that is as absolutely fresh as it could possibly be with two types of Salmon, fresh greens, assorted delicately composed vegetables with delightful dressings. Next came fresh oysters, crab legs and shrimp to tempt your palate for the the rest of the spread. On we went to the Sushi bar where we feasted in gastronomic delight to the caviar and creme fresh. I came back several times for the delightfully fresh sushi and rolls. Next they had the most wonderful belgin waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs Benedict. Then came the Lamb ( which was perfectly done) and the pork tenderloin. On the other side we had Mahi Mahi, king crab legs, broiled maine lobster. Last by not least the desserts were incredible, something to tempt all of your taste buds. This is not your typical Vegas style buffet, it well worth the money and I would go back again and again. I hardly ever have more than one plate of food, but this time I had at least 3 or 4 plates of food. The service is outstanding. I would make reservations even if it is low season. We did not have reservations and they seated us. I promise you will not be disappointed. Pros: The best brunch in Vegas, Food and Service Outstanding Cons: Make sure you have a reservation more

Excellent Customer Service 11/25/2006

My husband and I wanted to have dinner somewhere with great service since it's so hard to find lately. We decided to go to Chang's in Ballys. I couldn't believe the service we were receiving. Every 5 minutes, a waiter/waitress/busboy would come to our table and make sure that everything was great. The food was really good but a little pricey but it didn't matter much since the service was fantastic. It is a small cozy restaurant with a personal feel. Chang's sets an example for great service. Pros: Great food Great service Personal atmosphere Cons: A little pricey more

A Good Steakhouse! 11/24/2006

A good steakhouse! The food was good so was the service! We were seated immediately and taken care of the entire time! Good for a quiet dinner! more

Excellent steakhouse 11/20/2006

Although we're loyal fans of Lawry's Prime Rib, we cannot overlook the excellence of Bally's Steakhouse. In fact, we were very pleasantly surprised with the service, caliber of the steaks, and ambiance at this casino's steakhouse. So, if you're on a search for a good steakhouse, don't overlook this restaurant. We almost did and we would have missed out on a great dinner. more

THE buffet in Vegas (Sunday only, though) 11/9/2006

The price might initially shock some people, but if I've ever been anywhere that you got your money's worth, this is it. If you consider what you'd pay for an appetizer, dinner, dessert and champagne, this is right in line. But it's much more attractively presented than any other buffet I've seen. Bellagio's buffet is good. This is better. I didn't drink an inch of champagne before my glass was refilled. The food is a wondrous display - and it tastes as good as it looks. And for heaven's sake - save room for dessert! Pros: Champagne, food, presentation Cons: None at all more

If you like good food... 10/22/2006

you'll love this top of the line brunch. Never empty champagne glasses filled with Perrier Jouet. Caviar, sushi, all sorts of salads and seafood and desserts. It's expensive, but worth it !!! YUM!!! more

Do not miss it 7/9/2004

Honestly, don't miss this. There are lot of temptations but don't let them fool you away from this truly great brunch. It's really fantastic - even if the Beluga Caviar finished before I did when I was there! Great food and in a nice, although a bit cramped setting. The only draw back is the extremely pathethic and slippery Maitre D', which I belive you need to grease, or know, to get the table you must have reserved. In good Vegas style they let you wait 30-45 minutes easily! Just laugh it off! It's worth the waiting! As you know - they want you to loose the money at the tables...but hey, you're there to have fun so don't let them get to you! Pros: Caviar, Lobsters, Quality Cons: , Below avarge waiters, Waiting time more
