This theater makes taking your grandchild to a movie a drag. It is ill-managed, grossly understaffed and filthy. Every single step of the way, except the movie itself, was a very bad experience. The line to buy a ticket was 20 minutes long because the front window was understaffed. The line to get popcorn was 20 minutes long because, although it was Saturday afternoon, it was understaffed. There were 3 stations open, even though there were 6 stations available. The drink machines were out of our first 7 choices because, apparently, they are too understaffed to keep up with the demand. The drink tasted HORRIBLE, like the machines hadn't been cleaned in days, because, again, they're understaffed. And I would just like to mention the large popcorn with that disgusting drink was $17!!! Those minimum wage kids behind the counter were working their butts off, so it's definitely not their fault. They are understaffed. The actual seating is nice with the comfy reclining seats, but the seats were so grimy I felt like I needed a shower after sitting there for 5 minutes. Apparently the cleaning staff is a skeleton crew. After the movie, using the bathroom was another disgusting experience. It didn't just look like it hadn't been cleaned in hours, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Not just the toilets themselves, but the whole stall, doors and walls, were so gross I literally felt like vomiting. I would've waited until I got home if I could have. Another time, my online order didn't go through, so I had to go there to straighten it out, go home, and go back again to the movie. I stood in the front line for a good 10 minutes only to be told I had to go stand in line at customer service. There I waited 10 minutes for a customer service man who apologized profusely for the wait because he had so many things to tend to before me. Geez.. could it get any worse? NO. This "establishment" is run by a corporation and it does't give a rats patoot about the enjoyment of their customers. Profit is the bottom line, PERIOD
