I was on the search for a local soccer shirt (jersey) shop after the one I had frequented out of state had made a couple of errors as well as the fact that the shipping charges were starting to add up (not that their shipping prices are unfair, but with local it would be cheaper).
I came across this website and ended up calling to see if I could stop by because as an avid jersey collector I am very particular about my jerseys (have to be authentic of course, complete with player sized name and number, respective sleeve badges, proper placement of badges on sleeve, proper placement of name such as arch vs straight). I had no trouble getting a hold of Mike.
The first printing job he did for me was great and I've been a customer ever since. Off the top of my head I can't even count how many jerseys I've done through him (whether its purchasing the jersey with the name and number or sending in a jersey I bought elsewhere to have authentic printing done).
During that time I have had only one mistake and it would be a minor one in that the badge placement didn't quote cover the area that I had wanted. But he was quick to offer a fair solution by not charging me for the badges.
I can see some of you on here have had trouble reaching Mike. I think you guys need to remember that this is a smaller company. I think its a one or two man operation. This time of year, as with any retail store, is very busy. I've had trouble getting a hold of them before as well, but they are not trying to hide or scam anything.
I've experienced problems at all the other soccer shirt stores over the years and have found that Soccernucleus is the best to go with. You might find better selection at the bigger online shops because they are corporations, but you wont get the authentic printing and attention to detail. I've complained about crooked printing to these ""mega"" stores and they look at me like I'm crazy because to the naked eye its ""close enough"" and refuses to refund because ""customized orders cannot be refunded"" and if replaced, the replacement is not perfect either. But Mike understands the attention to detail.
I can relate to some of your experiences because I had the same with a UK shop that took almost three months to send me my jerseys.
Bottom line this shop isn't 100% perfect, but its one of the two best I have shopped from in the U.S. and top three in the world.
Pros: Authentic products, great service, passion for soccer
