Please see my previous critique of Trudy's Flowers in Seattle...
RESOLUTION: I talked with Trudy and she refunded the cost of the arrangement ($69.95) and, at my suggestion, kept the payment for the delivery ($15.00) and the sales tax on the transaction ($8.03) [Because, after all, it did arrive on time even if I felt it was substandard]. A nice note was that Trudy sent a replacement arrangement to my friend that was nicer than the one originally delivered (without my knowledge) and with a note of apology. I think that was pretty professional and thoughtful. Would I use them again? I don't know. If I did, I would be sure to talk with Trudy directly and make sure that if, for any reason, they can't deliver what is pictured on their website, that they call me first and give me the option of canceling or changing the order before delivery and payment.
