i must say...this salon definitely needs to learn that the customer is worth the wait!!
I made an appt here...I got off work early (which I hate doing), and was planning to make it to my appt early. However, I was stuck in horrible traffic on hwy 124! After realizing I was going to be a few minutes late....I called the salon to let them know, and to my surprise...they CANCELLED MY APPT! I was 5 minutes away from their front door......and they told me I would have to reschedule!!!
So....needless to say, I did not reschedule, and I have never been back!
I always tip very well....and my last hair sylist (whom I had for 10 years) would have never done this!!
Sorry....you lost a great customer!
