I dropped off my watch to have the glass replace between late November 2009 and early December 2009. The staff member (young female employee) was some what rude doing the drop off process. I think she may be a family member of the owner.
After receiving a call that my watch was fixed I returned to Ricks Jewelers on, 12 December 09. Unfortunately for me although there were several employees working, she would be the person to walk over and asked me what can I do for you. I handed her my slip/receipt into her hand and stated I was there for pick up. She obtained the watch laid it on the counter and requested $39 payment. I provided her my Visa card into her hand signed and signed the receipt as she requested. She never picked up the watch and handed it to me even after I paid. I did talk to another lady who said she was her supervisor who picked the watch up and set it to the correct time/date before handed it to me.
However after this incident I do not plan on returning and recommend that others should not shop at Ricks Jewelers.
