Crystal answered Listen to my request for service and identified
the problem clearly. Told me she would contact service. Review my issue
Identify a service rep and contact me when you could be available
Response was excellent Got right back to me with service rep name and
availability and when he could be at the house. Service rep, Luis called me right
after and confirmed time of arrival
