We purchased a couch from R2G. The cushion covers started to rip. The technician came out to look at them. I mentioned a squeak in the couch. He said it was nothing and took the cushion covers to restitch. He returned them a few days later. They weren't even sewn up all the way and they smelled like they had been in a smoking lounge. I guess the technician smoked in the van with them and while sewing them.\r

A few days later I sat on the couch and was stabbed in the calf with a nail sticking out of the couch. I actually had a really bad cut. I probably could have used a stitch to be honest. The squeak (that I asked the technician about and was ignored) was a board and it had moved and so there were about 5 or 6 nails sticking out from the frame. We had to hammer them down so as not to get cut or risk our kids being injured. When the technician came out he said there was nothing he could do since the nails had ripped through the material.
