I contacted AirDepot after spotting them in 2016 Five Star Rated - Home Services Review. After exchanging quite a few questions and answers over the phone, I actually ended up not needing to “purchase” any service from them. Regardless, Elbert STILL continued to provide me with additional pieces of advice, so that I could come to a sound conclusion in the end to manage my A/C related issues. It is simply rare we encounter a business with such professionalism! Courtesy, competence, assertiveness, professionalism and honesty – I could not have expected more from a vendor in their kind of industry as much as I received from Elbert at AirDepot. Thank you, Elbert. I just couldn’t help but post a little note of my appreciation here.
