Review content:
integrity is important. These guys have it.
-2001 F150 with 167K on it. 5.4L R470 tranny.
-I do 90% of my own maintenance.
-Issue with shifting to overdrive between 40 an 45 mph.
-Did my maintenance. No change.
-Took it to them (Garland). Courteous, pleasant, well spoken.
-Explained problem and my previous maintenance.
-They analyzed it, thoroughly.
-Explain trouble was a spark plug misfire.
-They were right. Problem is resolved.
-Did NOT try to sell me something I did not need.
-Refused my offered to buy someone dinner or case of drinks.
-When I do need transmission work they will have my business.
-I will recommend them to anybody that needs tranny work.
-I can trust them to shoot straight with me.
-They are honest, fair and competent.
-This is obviously making them successful.
