Review content:
2nd haircut was a bad experience. Zina was busy with other customers at the same time she did the 5 minute trim the pixie on my hair. I wanted the back curl gone, a clean curl-less line following the hairline. She left the mullet. She left some of the front half inch longer: did not cut it. Over-cut the ears so she corrected for this mistake by razoring behind the ears. The first haircut was a three or four but I am never going back. She was also trying to supervise her employees, giving them commands and not paying attention to what she was doing with me. Then after all this, she has the guts to charge me full price! Well I may be old but I am computer literate.
