i have been all over, where lite touch have offices, but the one in East side, Madison at 45th St. from my experience is the best office! From reception, the manager-Theresa-, the technician-Angela-, everything is so confortable and profesional. Is very hard to find a good and knowledgeable technician, and in the same time concerned about my goals too. i saw a lot of tech. and treated by them, but never satisfied!!! But with Angela now, is giving my confidence back and I'm happy with my results and ready for the summer. I'm indian and so my hair...and I want to thank u lite touch and the -BEST! -crew from East side-Theresa, Angela-for the effort you put in your job to make people happy. I feel like a new girl now!
Pros: good management, good technicians!!!
Cons: crowded, noise.
