I had never been to a chiropractor before but thought one might be able to help eliminate the periodic numbness I was experiencing in my arm. I learned about HealthFirst from a presentation Dr. Holden made at a local business and decided to give them a try.
From my very first visit, I have been deeply impressed with the personal care and attention I have received. Every question is answered in as little or much detail as you need. You never get that ""hurried"" feeling like you normally get at the doctor's office. The entire staff is not only friendly and courteous, but also very professional. The clinic is well organized, clean, and complete with a full spectrum of chiropractic gear.
I have been going to HealthFirst for 6+ months so far and I'm feeling more healthy now than in a very long time. Within the first weeks of treatment, I could feel significant improvement in my arm. The numbness is now completely gone. With my regular visits to HealthFirst, I have become more active and have started running and going to the gym again.
I started chiropractic care being somewhat of a skeptic but I'm a firm believer now. Not only did I get relief of my symptoms in a relatively short time, but I also ended up feeling better overall, enabling me to be lead a more active lifestyle. Dr. Holden and his staff are second to none. I highly recommend HealthFirst to all of my family and friends.
