Property management has been a term that has scared me for years. When I found out that was being transferred to Dallas, I was overwhelmed with a sense of panic. I started asking around for recommendations on how to rent out my house. A friend of mine mentioned that he and his wife had purchased a house in Rita Ranch about six years ago. He also got transferred out of town, but ended up back here last year. They rented their house out through Rathbun Realty and had nothing but good things to say about them.
I took his advice. I am now in Dallas and Rathbun has been managing my house for the last six months. They had tenants in just two weeks! The women in maintenance were so helpful with getting the house ready, and everything has run smoothly since.
