I had an appointment with Karen for highlights. When I arrived she was working on someone else for a half hour before she got to me. It was clear she had double booked appointments as it took over 3 hours to do a partial highlight. At one point she had me waiting with my hair in foils for so long the color/bleach was dripping off my hair. It was so bad that even though I had a cape on it dripped all over my pants and ruined them. She said twice she would pay for the pants but never did. The hair color was awful as well. I will never go back!
