The Hispanic woman who did my hair was so busy talking to her co-worker the entire time that I may have gotten in two sentences with her. Which was very unnerving considering it was my first time with her and I was trying to tell her how I wanted my hair. The color solution was dripping and got on my face and she didn't even noticed so I had to wipe it off myself. When she was done she was so rough that my scalp was sore the next day.
The guy who did my pedicure was so loud and obnoxious, he kept insisting that I get my eyebrows waxed. I was trying very hard to be polite and just say no but he just kept at it, he was paying more attention to up selling me than doing my pedicure. I had dinner reservation right after my appointment but had to cancel to go home and wash all the gunky oil and stuff that was left on my legs. Where I saw huge part of my toe nails not even polished, which didn't matter much I guess seeing as how it all chipped within a few days.
When it came time to leave I told the lady that it wasn't as great as I had hoped it to be and the lady basically responded with ""Sorry, we've been in business for a lot of years so you just don't know what you're talking about."" As upset as I was I asked to see the person in charge, but apparently she had gone out of the country or something.
Shameful, considering the fact that there was another one of them on every corner.
Cons: Over priced for the service that you get.
