Based upon reviews, I took a family of out-of-town guests to get breakfast here. Even though their name is HOT bagel shop, when the family ordered 6 toasted bagels, the cashier flatly and rudely refused to toast their order. The cashier did not offer any alternatives (we can, but it will take a while, etc.), she just said NO we cant toast 6. My sister-in-law was very gracious and friendly, yet the cashier continued to be rude to her. The food was okay, but not good enough to justify putting up with the extremely poor customer service. The next day, a different bagel shop offered to bake 3 dozen bagels for them to take with them out of town if they were willing to wait 20 minutes--dramatic difference. I wont go back.
