Review content:
I took off work to be home for the 12-5 window ACE provided for emergency reair on my A/C. COme 4:30 no sign of them, so I called their office and was told that the tech was running late and would be there but it would be after 5:00. 6:00 comes around and still no tech so I tried to call them again but of course the office is now closed. I called American Home Shield and they were able to reach a dispatch manager who was going to contact the tech and then call me with status. One hour later still no call, so I called AHS again and they contacted the manager again and was told they would not be able to make it but they could the next morning. AHS tried to find another company to make it out that night but couldn't. So I had them schedule for the next day with another company (NOT ACE). In the mean, time my house temp is 90 degrees with no real relief in sight, until the ext day. This is the second time that I have had an issue with ACE. I would avoid at all costs!!!!
