I must say I was highly disappointed with my recent trip to Tres Agaves. After reading mixed reviews, I decided to try it for myself as I love Mexican cuisine. Upon being seated we waited a good 10 minutes before being greeted by a server, which happens, I can overlook that. What I can't overlook is the luke warm water, extremely long wait for food, drinks and the bill, confused server and mediocre food at best. The server kept blaming things on how ""busy"" the restaurant was, which is always unprofessional. For one, we made reservations at 5:45 and the restaurant was not busy at all, yes there was a Giants game, but isn't the restaurant aware of this ahead of time?? Moving on, once I received the margarita I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised, however not enough to enjoy my overall experience. The margaritas and location are the saving graces of this establishment. Overall, I was disappointed and will not be back.
