Review content:
I worked with this company this year for approximately 8 months and not only do they do nothing for you regarding creditor issues, but you actually have more problems with creditors when working with them. Their main voicemails are never checked, their emails come back in error and to top it off they charge you so much money you don't even know why where your payments go? escrow or to them. Their owner, Shane Garner, is a liar especially when he calls me telling me he has made payment and yet another client relations representative re-sends the same payment he has 'supposedly' made more than a week ago. He gets into your account and makes more mess than it should be in. So be careful when considering/contemplating getting into debt management. This is NOT a group to recommend to you or anyone in your life. I will also be reporting them so other consumers are aware of them. Pros: NONE Cons: bad customer service, awful representatives, no communication, no paperwork, bad ownership, un-professional overall
