Must say I'm quite surprised at these other reviews. Over the years, I've spent a great deal of time and money with these folks, gotten to know the owners (who care and personally involve themselves more than most comparable small businesses) and recommended many of my friends and colleagues. The knowlegeable and friendly staff have always delivered what they promise, and have taken care of those I have referred with the utmost professionalism. Having and education and background with electronics, I can understand when equipment fails and frustration mounts with repairs taking long periods of time, especially in ""high-end"" electronics. Audio Concepts has extended long term loaners when equipment is in for repair (who else in town does that?) and has been on time (or called when they are delayed), and treated myself, my wife and family and friends quite well and quite professionally. Without reservation, they are the best in Houston, they care, they actually know what they are talking about and find these previous reviews to be ""out of the ordinary"" and an abberation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Pros: Friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff and ownership
Cons: High end electronics companies build great products, but they take a LONG time to repair :(
