Review content:
I had a very negative experience with this company. I found Vivian to be extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. She was late for all three of our meetings. Once, I waited for an hour while she was out to lunch, even though she assured me she would be in the office when I came by. I wish I had shopped around a bit more before going with them. I ordered invitations and RSVP cards for a party. There was an issue with the RSVP envelopes where a good number of them were smudged on the back flap. Also, none of the envelopes would seal. I discovered both of these problems when we went to stuff the invites a week after I picked them up, after the envelopes had been hand-addressed. When I called to discuss the problems, I got no apology. They refunded me for the cost of the RSVP envelopes, but when I asked about the cost of invitation envelopes, Vivian exploded at me---accusing me of having haggled with her on the total cost of the job (not true--the job cost over $500), saying that any other company wouldn't refund me a week later, and basically offering a number of (non)excuses for their sloppy work. The final straw was her insulting me by saying ""I don't know who has wedding invitations digitally printed anyway. . . If you pay for polyester, you should expect polyester"" They obviously care very little about the quality of their work and about pleasing/keeping their customers, so I would NOT recommend them to do a project you care about.
