Pink Fitness in West Layton is by far, the WORST gym experience I have ever had. We got transferred out of state for my husbands job for six months, and Cindy, the owner, would do NOTHING for me. I even told her I would extend my contract if she would put it on hold the months we were gone. She refused.
After being gone six months, I came back and used the gym again. She puts her fake smile on and was so nice. Once again, we had to leave the next year for 5 months. This time I talked to another staff member. She told me if I was moving out of state, I could send in a bill proving it. I called to verify this with Cindy. She told me I could not have been told that (um, was she there??) and that I was a liar.
Cindy went on to tell me I could NOT stop my contract for anything. SHE then told me my contract would terminate the following October, and since I was out of state it would just end.
In Dec I was still being charged...Called in and she was a beast. I feel bad for her employees and would NEVER recommend a membership at this gym.
