WHEN YOU SEE ANYTHING WITH THE NAME CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES OR CPS RUN! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT NEEDS AN OVERHAUL AND THEY AREN'T THAT HELPFUL! THEY WILL NOT TAKE A CAR BACK THAT YOU CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO KEEP IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA, I LEARNED VIRGINIA IS A ""GARNISHABLE STATE"". I SEE THIS AS FORCING PEOPLE INTO MORE FINANCIAL DEBT! THERE GOAL IS TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY OFF OF YOU BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR THEIR HARDSHIPS. I RECEIVED ONE PAYOFF PRICE FOR A VEHICLE I SOLD TO A CAR DEALERSHIP ONLY TO FIND THAT PRICE WAS JACKED UP A WEEK LATER. MY CREDIT SCORE MAY BE LOW AT THIS TIME BUT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH CPS'S ASSISTANCE, THEY ARE WAY MORE TROUBLE THAN IT'S WORTH. NO ONE APPEARS TO KNOW HOW THE BUSINESS IS RUN WITHIN THIS COMPANY AND I AM SPEAKING OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Pros: You can get a car.
Cons: You will be stuck with a car, that has no car insurance, and you no longer have a drivers valid drivers license. They are very insensitive and I wish I had never heard about them!
