First off, last summer I went and ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad easy on the dressing. It was drowning in dressing so the server politely took it back and asked to have it re-made. A minute or two passes and out comes another salad... WAIT, it was the same salad... Recently we have been experiencing some less than usual service but today I was once again served the same item I had sent back. It was cold, the bun wasn't toasted as I requested, and the fries were rubbery soft. I had also requested they be fried crisp. I was sent back the same ""cold"" sandwich with nothing more than new toasted tops. I was appauled. No apology, no offer to re-make it, nothing... and I was being very nice and even left without making a fuss. I simply won't be returning there again. I am a firm believer in screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me. I wash the new owners the best of ""luck""....
